As such, this will help:

Dosage:

10ml to 1 liter of drinking water
During the loading phase: do for 5 consecutive days 2 weeks prior to basketing. 
During the racing season: administer for 2-3 consecutive days leading up to basketing.
Shake before use; for use through drinking water. replace daily.
